TERMS OF DELIVERY
The following delivery rates apply to private customers placing orders with Fagbokforlaget, Vigmostad & Bjørke, Økonomiforlaget, Fag og Kultur and Eide forlag:
Delivery time
Orders received before 2 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2 pm are dispatched the following business day (i.e. not Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday). Delivery time is dependent on delivery method.
Postage
Postage is calculated according the current Postal service rates. For delivery with Tollpost a 10% discount on the Postal service rates is given.
Delivery method (within Norway)
Parcels under one kilo are always sent as letters. Parcels over one kilo are either dispatched with Tollpost for delivery in a store, or sent as a "service parcel" through the Postal service (Posten).
Carrier
Tollpost is our favoured carrier for parcels within Norway. Tollpost delivers to business addresses, but also offers a delivery service through a wide range of stores (service partners) in the entire country. The customer can choose which service partner they would like to collect their parcel from. If the customer chooses to receive their parcel through the Posten they must collect their parcel in a Post office or a "Post i Butikk" (post office-in-store).
International orders
International orders are dispatched in collaboration with the Norwegian postal service (Posten) and in accordance with Posten's rules and rates
Payment and credit check
An invoice with 14 days' payment notice is dispatched together with the parcel. We reserve the right to carry out credit checks.
